• Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund.
• Partial Refunds: No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of monthly billing periods.

1.2 Enterprise Plans

• Enterprise plans have custom terms and conditions as outlined in your service agreement.
• Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise customers are specified in individual contracts.

2. Campaign Services

For our AI-powered campaign creation and management services, the following terms apply:

2.1 Campaign Setup Fees

• Before Launch: If you cancel before your campaign is launched, you are eligible for a full refund of any setup fees paid.
• After Launch: Once a campaign has been successfully launched, setup fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of campaign creation and optimization.
• Launch Failures: If we are unable to successfully launch your campaign due to technical issues on our end, you will receive a full refund.

2.2 Ad Spend

• Ad spend is managed directly through Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Refunds for ad spend must be requested through the respective advertising platform (Google Ads or Meta).
• Nyra AI is not responsible for refunding ad spend as we do not directly manage these funds.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Provide any relevant order or transaction details
• We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

• Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Access: You will retain access to your account and services until the end of your paid period.

5. Processing Time

Refund processing times vary by payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days
• Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity or abuse of our services

• Campaigns that have been successfully launched and are running
